  • @jmbacon01 I always thought the largemouth were good fighters, guess I was wrong, thanks for the info

  • @mymiddleleg1 I'm just saying it's when they're that big & fat to me it would be like hauling in a large clump of weed. However 6lbs. to 12lbs of largemouth Bass will give the fisherman a thrill of a lifetime ! a good battle for sure!.

  • The Stan Potts of bass fishing

  • How did this result from an idiotic comment you made? I dont live in Georgia, Florida, or California, but Ill still accept that

  • @icthruu4evr you are wrong admit it everyone knows your wrong. You must not fish or watch bass fishing pros. Also you seem to be throwing the term gay around very frequently to people... why is that on your mind so much?

  • @icthruu4evr your right it took 20 seconds, there is no way this is photoshopped. and you can do it when your using 65# braid.

  • @icthruu4evr u cant photoshop a vido .....PHOTOshop

  • Comment removed

  • Luckiest fucker alive ? That fish was off when he netted it, no wonder really, played it like a moron lolol

  • thedylan....fuck fighting the fish....when you get a bass of this size on the business end of your line, you get him into the boat as quickly as possible...ever watch a guy like kevin van dam (hate to use his name because everyone does, he's just so well known)...he muscles that fish right along the surface and into the boat...looks like a water skiing bass..

  • you could have made video llike 4 minutes shorter

  • man that was a nice one!

  • you are one lucky man lol nice fish congrats!

  • FAKE... jk great fish

  • jizz..... in my pants...

  • I caught a 10 on Fork in May and it was all I could do to get the fish to the boat. The fish cleared the water 5 times. Incredible that he didn't wrap a stump because there were stumps all around me. Caught the fish on a Senko in 12 feet of water just as the sun was setting. I will never forget it. It was awesome.

  • * jizz in his pants*. shit thats a big ass fish

  • too bad you dont have any friends to help you.......

  • damn he just had an orgasm

  • guys u hav to realize how big the fish is.a bass around 15lbs is gunna have a hard time getting airborne.and maybe the weight has something to do with the bass being larthargic.i dont know living in wisconsin ill catch a 7lb bass and freak out like this guy.

  • @SmithBassFishingTeam hahaha i live in wisconsin to i live my oshkosh andin winabago i cought a 7.8 pound bass and i went hestarical. haha

  • i wish all the fish i caught just swam to the boat like that totally fake he never reeled it in and there are no ripples from the boat on the right side and the fish is totally dead no movement at all when it hit the deck

  • Its Butch f'n Brown! this dude is no joke. a california big bass stud. haters....

  • Sorry not photoshopped. He's using 30 pound test. Got her head turned and she couldn't fight much.

  • Dear Haters,

If you caught a bass nearly that big, you would be excited to. Jealous of him?

  • @hunnedeep if you see some other videos you would know it is a modified Jon boat because unlike a bass boat there isn't a steering wheel, you control the motor from the back you dumbass, don't be so NIGNORANT!

  • If the camera was "fixed," that guy would look scrawny as fawk IRL. Watch how the "Jon-Jon" leans to the left when he tries to net the bass. You can clearly see that the water pattern is different on the side that he's leaning on.

  • fixed cam look how fuckin narrow that boat is

  • @hunnedeep You do realise that not all boat have to be wide......He's in a modified jon boat, and if you think camera tricks are invovled, then you sir, are a dumbass.

  • @OntarioBassFishing youre creeping on me man. stop following me because i make you mad and find something better to do than try and burn me. Here in America, freedom of speech is LEGAL and i like to exercise my right to voice my opinion. It would be nice to do that without some Canadian asshole having something to say everytime. So if you would kindly FUCK OFF

  • OHHH MYY GODDDD.....JEEZZZ..OMG...

    lol...sounds like more an ORGASM...

  • who needs a net man.

  • dude that bass aint 19.3 pounds its too small

  • lake Casitas? famous for bas over 15 lbs

  • @ohhellnoyoudidnt nope. My home lake Castaic Lagoon.

  • They dont stock bass, and hes not fishing a pond...its lower castaic lake in socal.

  • he is fishing a stock pond that nobody fishes

  • @samsgina no its lake Castaic. Not stocked at all. And plus they can't stock bass at Castaic

  • @samsgina that would make the fish too skinny

  • Butch dood u need a bigger boat when u saw that fish and tryed to embrase for it u had like 2 feet of room.

  • 3 people haven't caught a bass yet

  • Awesome catch? wuddaya do with da fish? mounted or released it back?

  • @vengence666 he releases all of his bass. CPR(Catch Photo Release)

  • Damn i wish bass got that bug where u live.

  • 3 Crappie fisherman disliked this lol

  • @matt9822 your saying that a tuna would of tore his setup apart. Ok. I dont tuna fish in fact all i do is bass fish and it is much more fun that deep see fishing, but thats not the point. Im pretty sure a tuna is deep down in the water, and i dont know how deep but i can image its pretty deep. It has the opportunity to dig and fight and do whatever it is that tuna do when they are hooked. This guy as soon as he hooked it he could probably feel that is was a big fish and reeled it in fast

  • sounds like he just busted a nut

  • @qjtabor I would too if i caught that monster!

  • @qjtabor he may have... i know i did when i saw that bass.

  • @qjtabor

    I would have

  • @qjtabor Wouldnt you if you caught a 19 pound bass

  • @qjtabor funny shit!!

  • That is the luckiest thing I have ever seen!

That bait pops out right when the bass gets in the net

  • @bebeejr I had one once to pop out right before I grabbed the fish by his mouth... I had to quickly reach down and grab her. For a split second, she was in the air without a hook.. Wish I could have recorded it!

  • @bebeejr its not that lucky if you can haul a 19 lb bass in that quick . where is the skill in that . no where i mean congrats great bass but no skill involved

  • oh my god! lmao

  • gotta love them Huddle swim bait!

  • amazing bass :) loved the reaction

  • this is fake look the boat look at it movement in the water

  • @36boyman its a narrow boat, don't be a hater.

  • @francmeister420 this is so fake because when you lean to get the fish the boat didnt lean or nothing i been on boats for years and when you that close to the edge the boat dip to that side and it will dip a lot because its a small boat

  • @36boyman your dumb you know that right? The camera is mounted on the boat in a fixed position so when the boat leans the camera leans too. Even the shakiness indicates the boat is leaning and rocking when he moves. Nice try but analyze before you make conclusions.

  • @CBbassin when he lean that fear the camera didnt lean you dumb ass

  • @36boyman look at it idiot...then tell me it didnt move. The camera is FIXED! Meaning when the boat leans, the camera wilil lean too with it. Making it one constant motion. I'm sorry i dont speak retard but someone else may have luck and tell you what i'm talking about

  • @MRbassmasterman lol yea and he will have it all on tape!

  • I bet Butch Brown will hold the record for a largemouth one day

  • Ahahaha, his lure flew off right at the last second. He was so lucky he net it just before the hook released. Nice yanking with the net at the last second! Nice catch too!

  • Legendary...

  • want to see monster bass go to kepp1212 on you tube

  • incredible catch, both in fish and in filming

  • And then I jizzed in my pants

  • Wow the lure fell out of the fishes mouth as soon as it got in the net! Very nice catch, man! I wish I could even get a bite that big...lol

  • 2 people didnt see what just happened lol

  • @matt9822 Quit while your ahead man, what the hell does a bimini twist have anything to do with bass fishing? Nothing! so why should kevin van dam know how to tie one? And also, like other people have said, its not always about the fight. But on that note, give me Butch browns set up, 25lb big game, G.loomis rod, and calcutta 400 and i will whip any 19lb tuna out there. Plus there are a million times more 19lb tuna swimming around than 19 pound bass... Butch puts in his time to find this one.

  • To all the guys who were offended you have to understand that it is equally offensive to here Kevin Van Dam be called the best angler in the world. There are hundreds of charter captains from Prince Edward Island, the outer banks to the keys that have a collective knowledge, experience and technique that would put him to shame. I would love to put KVD on the spot and ask him to tie a bimini twist to albright connection.

  • @matt9822 dude its about having fun and not about always getting biggest fish you get. thats just an extra. and an 18lb bass is a nice fish to say the least nice catch bro

  • @matt9822 dude you dont get it i live in illinois wtf you want me to do fish the ocean in illinois oh wait THERE ISNT ONE and bass fishing brings in so much money compared to all other fishing ocean fishing is easy to catch something big because theres so many big fish but its a challenge to catch a big bass i mean just because you cant do it doesnt mean you can put down the people that can and why the fuck would van dam need to ti bimini twist for fishing freshwater? do u think before you post?

  • I didn't mean to be so offensive guys. Just trying to understand why serious anglers don't move on to bigger and better things. for the land locked angler the only real option is the musky, sturgeon or big cats, maybe the alligator gar if you live in the south. If you have access to the salt the possibilities are endless. Bass fishing is great in that it provides nearly every american with a local angling opportunity. Its probaly the best fish to get your kids into the hobby too.

  • Well I will say that many may not understand bass fishing at all. Sure they do not rip hundreds of yards of line like saltwater fish do. However most bass are easily landed. No teeth to cut off fingers and such. Nice big mouths that almost any person can lip and land the fish.

If you like battling a fish for over an hour go sea fishing. If you like to catch possibly twenty to fifty fish in three hours go bass fishing. Its really all about being outdoors enjoying nature.

  • I just don't get bass fishing, this fish didn't take a single foot of drag. It just came right in, the fight lasted maybe 30 seconds if that. Do you realize what a football sized 19lbs Blue fin tuna would have done to that set up. It would have spooled that little bait caster then ripped the reel from the reel seat. I feel sorry for bass fisherman that know nothing but. There kinda the laughing stock of the serious fishing community.

  • @matt9822 Your an idiot. Bass fishing is not about the fight. Its about learning all of the different techniques and figuring out what the fish are doing on any given day. People fish for bass because it is the most challenging game fish there is. We dont just throw cut bait or live bait out and sit around waiting for a fish to bite.

  • @JimDean0505

Maybe your the idiot. Bass fishing is for whatever the person takes from it. Rather it be the fight of the fish, the strategic points, food for the table, ect... There is no certain thing bass fishing has to be.

An i will be the first to say bass fishing is NOT the most challenging game fish at all. Im more than willing to bet you haven't fished for musky have you? They don't call them the fish of 10,000 casts for no reason.

  • @CatfishKing2010 Have fished for musky over 30 times on many different lakes. I just take offense to someone saying bass fishing is them "laughing stock" of the fishing community just because the fish does not fight very hard. If you have ever fished for bass you know its not about the fight its about everything else that goes into it. His comment hit a nerve and i called him an idiot, that was the wrong thing to say, but I know bass fishing is not the laughing stock of the fishing communit

  • @matt9822 ur messed up my friend

  • @matt9822 also I would say that rig he was using was not tuna gear but more than enough for catching a huge largemouth. It also looks to me that the fish pulled and moved the small boat to the fish while fighting. If he was using a smaller bass fishing rod and reel it would have not come in so easily.

  • @matt9822 Your grammar is the laughing stock of the youtube community.

  • @DuckIsQuack ur mom is the laughing stock of the utube community haha!! who cares about grammer as long as you kno wat there sayin?! if this was school or your job it would be a different story bro.

  • @trophyfisher13 Nice comeback, geed.

  • @DuckIsQuack comeback? woww ur slow

  • @trophyfisher13 You wear plaid shorts.

  • @matt9822 its called buying a good reel and i'm pretty sure that tuna fisherman don't use that kind of setup! u've obviously never caught a big bass like that...

  • @matt9822 bass fishing is the majority of the fishing community now. lol

  • We have caught 10 to 15 pound bass but we caught them with no net just by hand, there was no need to get those bass quickly, and this month and the next we are going to get some more, watch the videos on you tube look for Fausto Madrigal Bass

  • Dam

  • WOW! nice fish! :55 is when magic happens

  • U NEED A BIGGER BOAT LOL

  • awesome catch man

  • did i just hear "Jizz in my Pants" in the backgroud?

  • HAWG!!

  • nice bro dam thats so crazy wow love that the way you where suprised when it striked your swimbait so crazy what time did you catch it.

  • In JAPAN, huddleston DX is famous for big bass hunters~ secret lure and soooo expensive !

  • that is one big ass lure LOL

  • oh my fukin gosh!!!!!!!

  • guy cant fish.. number one rule, never your lose tension of your line.

  • What are you talking about!

  • @btdEntertainment no number one rule... since this is the first thing, dont set ur hook at the wrong time... missed a potential 10+ bass that way. he hit it and i got excited, sent the lure right out of the water on the other side of the boat into a tree... >.<

  • @btdEntertainment you're fucking dumb.

  • @btdEntertainment

Where's your video of you catching a 19 pound bass? I thought so.

If you watch, his technique was damn good. U claim u should never lose tension on the line, but if you try to muscle a big heavy bass out of the water, you'll end up ripping the hook right through its mouth and losing it altogether. Good bass fishermen can feel when they have to give a little bit in order to keep the fish on the line. In my opinion, this was a textbook example of how to catch big bass.

  • Exciting just to watch ! Anyone know what brand and strength of line is he using here?
