i have a more simple method to do this, if u tried this u would have noticed that it's very difficult tot put your fiinger beetween the cards in order to complete and the rest of the part.... so what i do , is that i don;t put the finger there , i let the cards drop in my palm, and then use the thumb to put the cards togheter back in my hands, it;s a lot more easer, and at least if not more artistic as this method .

how i did it was learn how to do a one handed cut in both hands and then you just flip the deck into the other hand. thats how i learned how to do it. i hope it helps. don't ridicule me if it doesn't help.
