It's my understanding that national labour forces will drop significantly in the next decade representing upwards of 50% of some organizations workforce today. Increased draw on pension, increased national debt, increased unemployment rate with the projected Long recession or potentially a depression and how does this equate to continual growth? Productivity down, Labour Down= Bad news for the Echo's that have to pick of the tab left behind by a generation set to retire.
