I have this cam and a high-speed computer on which to run it and it's nowhere near as good as he's making out here.

Everything he says is technically true but we all know things usually need to be about two times what they're trying to achieve now lmao.

Video can still be very laggy and image quality is not that great.

@WelshDegenerate I just got this cam today and skyped with my wife and child earlier, and the quality was excellent. I didn't even tell my wife I had gotten a new cam and after a few minutes, she asked if I had either gotten a better computer or a better cam because the quality was so much better. Just because you had a bad experience, doesn't mean the product sucks. I haven't played around with the recording feature yet, but just general playing around and skyping, it has been excellent.

@matrix86 I didn't have a bad experience what are you talking about. I have the cam, like the cam and still use the cam. But it is not solid HD quality and can be very variable, it's not as perfect or brilliant as is being made out.

The truth of the matter is, you can have a zillion meg, HD webcam; however, it all boils down to your video card RAM, your sound card and your PC's CPU RAM. Thirty FPS? With an up to date computer you may get 75% what this fellow is trying to sell. Feeding it through the average guy's PC, you "will not" get a "razor sharp image" and the audio is usually a 6 out of 10 rating. Hey; I have the Ultravision SE. It's the best on the market but does not do all that this dude professes.
