Can you unplug the internal speaker so a attenuator unit can be placed in between?

Yes, but an attenuator lowers the volume of an amplifier and this is a 15 watt amp. There is no need for an attenuator for such a small wattage amp. Manabe only uses one because his amp is 100 watts and his amp mic-ed.

What I want with a attenuator is natural overdrive when the amp is cranked. I've tried to crank a 5W amp before it was LOUD. Now imagine doing that with a 15W :p
