I dont get it, I thought ISO games dont need the latest OFW to make it work, if you have 3.90m33 for example and download a ISO game which its original game needs for example 5.00 FW to work but that rule doesnt matter for ISO because it will work on any CFW.

Yea, but you are wrong it needs 5.55 firmware. Currently there is no 5.55 CFW. So they need to make a 5.55+ cfw to make the game work. Get it? When a new game comes out it needs a speficic version to run it, you need this version or a later one.
