To keep your nails healthy: don't cut your cuticles, use cuticle oil for them, deep your nails in warm olive oil for a few minutes once a week, always use a base coat.

it depends.. sometimes I change it in 2-3 days, sometimes in a week. But I use a nail treatment and I always apply a base coat before the nail polish, so my nails remain healthy.
