@leothelion19 Not true, back in the 80's almost every company had claymation commercials, Domino's Pizza's Noid was created by the same people that made the California Raisin commercials I believe, Vinton Studios.

They where very expensive to make, took about 2-3 months of work just for about a minute or so of footage and was very expensive and time intensive. Computers at the time could not render (still cant) the smooth and natural movements of stop motion claymation (when done right).

You can look up "frito bandito" of Fritos corn chips and that Mexican character was pulled off because it was viewed racist towards Hispanics.
