First of all, I want to thank you for your videos and explanations it helped me alot !!! ( i've been stretching for almost 3 weeks ! )
now when i'm sitting with my legs spread i have a difficulty to go forward... and it's wierd because i've improved in my hamstring streching alot. i can touch the beginning of my legs balls. and i've improved also in the groin area.
what is the reason for that ? and how can i get better ?
There is less tension in the hamstring/calf with the toes pointed forward, as opposed to the foot pulled back with the toes to the ceiling. Yeah, I think I did talk about this before on an earlier video, or a blog. But there is so much info, i don't mind questions.
What is the difference when stretching your hamstrings with your toes pointed v.s. your toes flexed? Does it stretch a different part of the hamstring or is there no difference?
I'm not sure you mentioned this before, sorry if you have.
