Season 4 wasn't good to be it just wasn't the OC anymore i did happen to watch the finale and i was really dissapointed i thought i would be sad and cry but i didnt because it was a different television not the i waited each week to watch

i have nothing against marissa, at times i even liked her and cried when she died but the show would not have lasted longer had she been alive, it was just it's time to end, marissa or no marissa.

before season 3 ended i read that josh said he had enough story line for one more season and 16 episodes so that's what happened and it was a great ending.

I do agree that the OC had it's moment in the sun but i do believe things could have been done differently not just the ending of Season 3 all of it i mean Mark Schwan creator and producer of One Tree Hill knows what he's doing and he works with it and it so creative and for Josh Schwartz to kill Marissa because he had no more storylines no more creative ideas left i found it pathetic.
