The only problem I have is, that I can't read arabic when people don't add the short vowels. In most cases, they don't add them, look for example at Al Jazeera.

والأصح آن يكون بمقدار حركة واحدة، وأما اللفظ بمقدار حركيتن يكون لحرف الالف والواو والياء

وهلمجرا
