@VeryEntertaning You can easily (well, it takes a couple of boring days) pump all your characters to lvl 50... Red tiger soldiers and dinosaurs give biggest amount of exp points in the game so my advice is to train with the triceraptor dinosaurs in the Northern Mountains... The ones behin the orange gate that Goku must break... That's the easiest way because they give more exp than any other monsters (similar with the red tigers in the snowy area on the north-east of the map).

@VeryEntertaning in this LP specifically, I went into the data files and changed some variables(a.k.a. CHEATED D=).

in my real play through, it was just grind on the toughest enemies until I got to level 50. it's a tedious process, but that's what you have to do(unless you cheat).

Use the scouter thingie, it says he's strong in his own right compared to everyone else he is weak, but he's like a eh, above average human.
