  • how to make soy sauce ramen cont. cont :D

Simmer the meat until cooked through, turning and braising with the liquid in the pot frequently for about 4 hours. When the meat is done, discard the vegetables and skim the fat. The liquid that's left in the pot is the sauce for your ramen.

You can use any toppings you like.

  • its kinda hard holding the vegetable/meat while trying to guide the knife with the left hand- i mean like i hav difficulty cuttin watermellons and stuff- but that looks pretty good. gotta go practice som more :)

  • yeah that's understandable. When cutting anything try to make more strait edges so it could sit easy on a flat surface that should help a little bit .

  • could you do a video to show us some basic cooking techniques? like cutting, parsing, braising & stir-frying? that would be great especially for beginners like me who only know like how to make a ham sandwich. :) thanks

  • o nvm- found a video of basic knife technichues- ill take a look at that first :)
