Simmer the meat until cooked through, turning and braising with the liquid in the pot frequently for about 4 hours. When the meat is done, discard the vegetables and skim the fat. The liquid that's left in the pot is the sauce for your ramen.
how to make soy sauce ramen cont. o: For the sauce: Saute in thick bottomed pot(ideally cast iron) over high heat, 2~3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed 1 inch ginger, peeled and sliced 3~4 green onions, cleaned When the vegetables are starting to brown, add 2 lbs pork loin, uncut turn it to brown on all sides and add, 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 tbs white wine 3~4 cups chicken stock to cover the meat
its kinda hard holding the vegetable/meat while trying to guide the knife with the left hand- i mean like i hav difficulty cuttin watermellons and stuff- but that looks pretty good. gotta go practice som more :)
yeah that's understandable. When cutting anything try to make more strait edges so it could sit easy on a flat surface that should help a little bit .
could you do a video to show us some basic cooking techniques? like cutting, parsing, braising & stir-frying? that would be great especially for beginners like me who only know like how to make a ham sandwich. :) thanks
yeah- its pretty sharp :) like i think i hav a whole array of knives at home. 1 set for veggies 1 for meats. but yeah mostly use the chefs knife and the meat cleaver for meats and parsin for small fine work like peelin nd stuff :) but i could never get how im supposed to grip it.
mre just heat and eat
