HERO units offer emergency assistance on state highways, sometimes responding to vehicle accidents. HERO units are considered emergency vehicles, and they carry basic medical supplies to aid injured victims. In Georgia, these vehicles are marked with a blue star of life, indicating the operator inside has some sort of first responder or EMT certification. So far, I've only seen this service offered in Tennessee and Georgia.
@ajgolfer1 What? Georgia doesnt have public transport? Now theres alot of things that can be said about the usa but lacking in public utilitys was never once one I thought I'd hear any one say :O
Funny how gas prices soared the moment President Bush's approval of Economic Stimulus checks. Guess where the majority of American's "Stimulus Checks" will be headed back to? It helps. I can do my part to "stimulate" the economy by purchasing that Happy Meal, while the rest goes back to Bush's oil industry this summer. Yeah, let's stimulate the economy this summer and at the same time raise gas costs! Genius!
4 dollar a gallon makes 1 dollar per liter((a gallon is in europe 4 liters))...come to holland where you pay for "one" liter almost as much as you pay for 4 liters benzine...when you fill up your tank overhere you are going to cry like a baby...fucking tax
excuse me, i will state my opinion, like it or not, and no, i wont use understanding...as i was making fun of the 'acronym' you have so kindly pointed out. quit trying to be a net-nanny. dont forget to fill your tank b4 you head out! well, you can always call a H.E.R.O.......ROTFLMAO, @ you.
It's an acronym that works. Making fun of other people doesn't make you look smarter, it makes you look silly. Try a little more understanding please. :-)
Bah, I have no sympathy for americans complaining about gas prices .. we have to pay double to triple their prices here in scandinavia.
