i too had combination headgear , i had to wear mine 22 hours a day , man that darn thing made me drool like a dog , but it did a very good job , my braces are off now , an i have hawley wire retainers to wear now

Hey! I got the same headgear. Its called a combi headgear with a facebow. How many hours a day are u supposed too wear urs? I wear mine most of the day and all night. It sucked at first cuz my friends teased the hell out of me but they have seen me wearing it so much now they dont say nuttin anymore. It is the Most evil assessorie, but I hated the expander thing worse, lol! TinGrins Rule!!!
