I keep going to register an account inside the game, and every time I use the same details. Whenever I try logging in with the name I registered, it says I don't have an account on this server. If I login with anything else it says wrong id or password, so it must have registered me. But why can't I play?

hey, i downloaded it and it works.... until i press "play game". once i try to start the game, the screen goes blank. it's pitch black, and the only thing that i can see is the mouse. ctl alt del didn't work. i had to shut down manually.

you need to create a shortcut of the psobb startup file because the startup it gives you is currupt.

go to program and locate the original startup file within the psobb folder and manually create one yourself.... if you dont understand this tell me i might make a video response

did you make sure that you had the EXACT usernname and password? IF not then try allowing your firewall to accept PSO.

Its because when you ran it you didn't open the folder that it is located in, you do this by right clicking the shortcut, then you open file location, then you right click ONLINE and run as administrater, it should work, if not, please record a video of it and then send it to me, so I can clear things up, ok?

Yes, I have said it many times before, run as your computer admin, it is the only way it will work, well watch from 3:54 to 4:40 and it should work...

The installer's auto-created shortcut doesn't work. Delete it and make another one pointing to online.exe, located in PSOBB's root folder.

Alright, when you get it downloaded, don't click the shortcut on the desktop, right click it and click open file folder, then find the program in the folder that says *online*, right click that one and run as administrator, that should work, if you have any more problems pm me and I will help, plus, what OS are you running it on?
