Yoga on the Farm for Balance

This reminds me of articles I've read where they say it's best to warm up the muscles before doing any stretching. Now I am totally new to yoga and stretching daily and I've been using a treadmill or ellipticle to warm up before yoga. Do you mind stating your opinion on that? Thanks.

@blackout156 haha! I was sitting here thinking the same thing. I mean, I live in a cold climate, but I just can't see myself out there doing yoga in the snow. Running? Yes. Yoga? No. brrrrr!

Where in Illinois are you from? It sounds like you say Southern? If so, I may be close to where you're from (like a couple hours at most). Im about 35-30 minutes from St. Louis. We spend alot of time in the summers in Southern Illinois off of i-57- Rend Lake, actually (Sesser,Ina area). Illinois country is actually beautiful, esp. going into the Shawnee forest area. Anyway....sorry. lol

@frazzzer8888 Because, put simply, I can. I wasn't aware of any rule, law or decree that states that improper use of grammar shall negate use of certain words. There may have been technical issues with my statement, but there is a far deeper and more tragic problem with yours. I suggest you put: Stephen Fry Kinetic Typography - Language, into the search, listen to what he has to say, then re-read what you have said.
