@ukipwarrior Heh, you people and your 'holiday' prison claims. Whatever luxuries prisoners have in their cells, they're still in a very dangerous environment. I don't know about you, but I don't think I'd be able to enjoy a game of Modern Warfare 2 as much if I knew the guy in the next cell wanted to stab me with a sharpened toothbrush handle the net day

How can we expect people to live crime-free lives, and not riot if we do not treat them nice.
Let's give them free money, pay their rent, free medical treatment, free education, free transport, free community facilities - SURELY then, and only then they will not riot or commit crime.
Oh hang on - we already give them all that stuff.
