  • hehe, i think this trussing thing was invented by a bald nerdy french cook, who could not get into engineering university so they started getting fancy with their engineering on chicken. Anyway i think the best thing for roasting a chicken is to brine in it over night with a nice mix, no need for this nerdy trussin.
