  • Love this! Some super clean picking going on there :)

  • Dude, nice work, Joey Cramer on Drums on that, Joe Perry playin some lead, Tom Hamilton playin some bass, Brad Whitford backin you up, and Steven Tyler screamin in you ear, and you got a one hit wonder

  • What is the Difference between an OM and a Bouzouki? Ive been wondering and trying to search for an answer :O

  • Can you play this on normal mandolin?

  • @FlopsyDiggins The string tension is too high on a normal mandolin for the hammer-ons.

  • @harmonicrecreation Challenge accepted ;)

  • @FlopsyDiggins It's a duel then!

  • @harmonicrecreation If I may ad something here, you could play this on a mandolin if you had it set up for that type of playing, i.e. low action and at least .070" frets.

  • Wow.. fantastic man... Well done..

  • hah.. i want to get an octave mandolin soon, then i heard this.. now i REALLY want one.. cool to see people not following the status quo and buying a guitar like the other 4 billion people

  • Great riffs! That's a fine sounding octave too -- looks like you are in standard tuning?

  • I am sooooooo playing this again :D

  • grab a rockabilly band and record this, that would be awesome

  • Fan-TASTIC.

  • sweet song. I just got an octave mando and octaved the 3 biggest strings, so it sounds like a bouzouki.

  • Heh heh, Great ! .. Different for a Zouk / O/M.. and likeably so ! Well done !

  • i like it a lot

  • that's one huge mandolin...

  • cool xD i'd like to buy one of those ^^ but where ?

  • Hell yeah!!

  • VERY GOOD! What is your price for studio jobs if you come to Denmark :o)

  • what tuning please?

  • tuned like a violin i think.

    GDAE

  • @crimsonblad5 A mandolin is tuned GDAE like a fiddle, but an octave mandolin is tuned an octave lower

  • @RatherCrunchyMuffin so I was right..

  • @crimsonblad5 A fiddle's tuning would be one octave too high

  • @RatherCrunchyMuffin other than the octav ei've gotten the tuning correct.

  • @RatherCrunchyMuffin or a violin

  • awesome!

  • That sounds great!

  • wow thats awesome

  • Now, that's playing!
