Ok here's what happened. An Axis High Commander (OKW) moved all the brigades ON THE FRONT LINES to a german (Training base). In the game, there are hundreds of towns, but the only way to spawn into a town is if there is a brigade in a town Since Duke moved all the brigades off of the front lines, NO AXIS PLAYER COULD SPAWN ON THE FRONT LINES. Therefore, Duke was Permanetley Banned from the game.

Hey hold on a sec, now I'm no military commander, but I can see that (if the game allows), if at 0:18 the thing on the map is the Nazi capital, it could be flanked by the water bodies to it's north with a good Naval Force covering for an infantry force that could land on the beaches by boat or air. So either I'm the smartass or the dumbass here. So, what do you think?

you could but you would probally be killed by then. This game is 1/2 the real scale of europe so it would literally take you like a week of playing to reach.

You don't know how the game is played. That place at 0:18 is just a placeholder for brigades and HQ's that are routed from the battlefield. A brigade or HQ that is routed from the battlefield in WWIIOL is a big deal, because it leaves a large hole in the front line. I take it this Axis HC guy got fed up, and purposely allowed several brigades to be routed, resulting in a large gap in german lines.

yeah lol, whoever their commander is must be a stupid one.... i could understand sending the naval force with infantry from the sea to the north, and perhaps an Airborne assault just South simotaneously..... and surround the city. Would be a risky one if they planes could get their in one piece though, dodging air patrols and AA :D but yes you are a smartass

you must have played before TOEs (table of equipment)

he basically moved all the frontline supply the germans have into training where it would have gotten stuck for 6 hours = no chance of defence. supply is now based on brigades and not ABs

I play BF 1942, Is really good, but can't wait to try this game, this is what I call a realistic/strategic/awesome game. This is like real war. BF1942 is freestyle...

Yeah, I remember when 1942 came out. It's an awesome game.. By that I mean it is fun to play. Good fun too. But to compare BF1942 and WW2O is like apples and oranges. If you want a couple quick frags, 1942 is the way to go... If you want to go to war in a virtual setting WW2O is the best..imo.

he got pissed because he didn't get his way, and moved all of the german units to the training grounds in a fit of anger. then had the balls to come on and say he was sorry, but that "i play the game too much, and this way, i won't have to worry about playing any more." he was one of the loose cannons of the okw and was always doing shit to make it hard on the rest of us. nice enough kid, but glad he's gone with an attiude like he had.

it makes it more realistic because in real life all jobs get hard times. but instead of making it automatic moving, they should make it more realistic where they have to either radio the soldiers or send a messenger to tell them that they are pulling out and stuff like that definetely would not happen.
