It's not sped up, here's why: This guy uploaded another video of himself playing it, and before he starts playing the piece, you can hear some wind players practicing. When he starts playing the piece, they continue to practice, and you can hear them playing at the exact same speed as they were before while he's playing the piece. So obviously that video wasn't sped up, which means that this one isn't either.

Percussion uses both treble & bass clef, depending on the instrument... Xylophone, glockenspiel, & usually vibraphone use treble clef, marimba uses a combination of treble & bass, timpani uses bass.
