I have a question that's been bugging me for some time. How do you manage to replace the normal scout with the ubered scout ane not make it seem like you changed the ragdoll? 1:12 to 1:14 and 1:57 to 1:59 are examples of what I mean.

If you right click a TF2 ragdoll with that tool, You can change his "skin", that for TF2 equals to: RED team, BLUE team, RED Uber, BLU Uber. Continue to click with the mouse's right button on the ragdoll to obtain the skin you want.
