@captain0armenia No, for the ambassador, when you shoot, the corsshair expands largely, because if you get a hedshot, it auto crits, so the expanding crosshair is the make sure its not too overpowered. (larger crosshair = less accurate)

It is possible to play against good players and end up with a stair stab. Look at Stabbyvideo's ... videos. He plays on lobbies and competitive, still gets those stairstabs, even though he mostly relies on corner stabs.

star, there is this stupid ass bug on mac tf2 where if you alt-tab out of and into the game, the mouse will not aim, you cannot control the camera, but you can move with WASD. There is a way around the bug, which I found, but this player may have been experiencing this.

But basically what you can do is command+tab out, but instead of command+tabbing back into TF2, you click the TF2 icon on the dock to return to the game. I might have something in my advanced launch settings too, but I think just clicking the dock icon to return to it should fix it.

A lulsy thing I do as scout when chasing spies:

When they get their stairstabs set up, I run up the stairs backwards.

9 times of 10 I blast them in the face with the scattergun and they die.

.. The other time I just get facestabbed. WHICH SUCKS ON ICE.

Being left handed, I've had a big disadvantage with aiming without constantly readjusting my controls. I just gave up, and used all the defaults and I can get probably 5-10% headshots now :D

@shadown0x As a guy with 255 hours as Spy, I can tell you that Badwater is one of the simplest places to work on Spying. There's plenty of Engineers, Medics, and Heavies on both teams and you have many ways of getting behind the enemy on most of the map.
