Uncle Bill Adams built a few boats after this one. The next one "Galatea" sailing boat was launched at "The Rue" and he and I (aged about 10) sailed round to the harbour where everyone was gathered. After the Sea Gypsy "capsize" I think a quieter launched was iin order. He built boats in a garage at our house in Myrton Crescent (No 14), we used to take wood out to the Creamery, steam them, then take them back to the garage to fix. Think there were five projects built in that garage.
