there should at least be a bigger shoulder in the tunnel for fender benders/break downs. Imagine what a standstill it will be for even the smallest accident

Biggest Effin mistake is choking it down to TWO lanes. Haven’t you learned that doese not work under Seattle with I-5?

I do like the tunnel idea. The population is growing, not shrinking. We need more lanes or this thing is obsolete before you start.

Without downtown exits it will still increase surface street congestion. Why not use those millions of dollars to extend the light rail and give us the caliber of public transportation expected of a world class city.
