Ok my problem is that like at 3:21 i would like lo ratate and change the size of something i have wrote, but it dont work, the frame is around the word i want to modify but only the frame rotate not the word. can you help me?

I made a comic strip on MS paint, and i want to post it on a website, but when i posted it, it was extremely small... what can i do to fix it? when i made it on paint it took up the whole screen, now that i posted it it's all tiny and stuff and i can't enlarge it.... Also i tried uploading it to photo bucket and enlarging it from there, but it just makes everything EXTREMELY blurry. Please help me I worked on this comic for over 12 hours i really want to post this so that it looks nice.

im confused with it cause everytime i start a new project nothign works .. its just got that hand pointer on and when i clicked on text or brush or whatever i go to use nothign ever happens .. :S Help me please , its stressing me out ...
