  • I noticed for both Ashe Reshteh and Tahchin you didn't cover the sauce pan with lid, is it what we are supposed to do? I have this concern that you may have covered with lid but it's not shown on video. Could you please clarify about this issue , I want to cook this dish today but i am not sure what to do with lid?

    Another question, did you use only frozen spinach for Ash Reshte as vegetable ? it seems you add another vegetable too but you didn't name it.
