dude thanks for that it really does work lol... my parents blocked me from downloading or installing things and pretty much it sucks cause they would never let me download the libusb... but ummmm im still gonna try haha and im pretty sure you dont need the libusb program to do this as long as you know what you're doing haha but i wanted your opinion... do you think its possible to do it without the linox app thing?

Well i got everything installed correctly but when i try to create a firmware it waits like 5 seconds then says " Error Creating Firmware!"

Try rebooting, if that fails, the only thing I can think of is to restore it in iTunes, then jailbreak it again. It should then work.

That's impossible. The iPod Touch 2G firmware starts at 2.1.1 (that's the lowest possible one).

I Hold SHIFT + Restore and it does not open the window to search for the patch! is there any other way to apply the patch??

IT WAS WORKING FINE THEN IT JUST FROZE

Hold the home/power buttons until the screen goes black, then release the power button and keep holding the home button to restart it (I think that's how you do it).

Put into DFU mode and restore in iTunes.

Go to start, and then on the right hand side of the start menu right click computer and select properties, it'll say in there.

Hmm, try to uninstall it, reinstall it from QuickFreedom, then restart your computer. That's all I can say.

Try doing a full restore of your iPod in iTunes. Then try again. If that doesn't work try on a different computer.

Yes but you won't lose your apps. Just sync it with iTunes and you'll have your apps back, just not the data. You can try, however, to restore from backup and see what that does.

Well from the tethered jailbreak i did restore from backup but now my itunes doesn't backup now for some reason =( so it will be really old backup sucks......

umm... maybe this is just for me but when i open "Quick Freedom" and click jailbreak. the screen opens up and then freezes saying "moving firmware"
