Walls need to be able to breath not just have a good R value. I would not live in a home like this unless it had an air exchange system for the HVAC.
It's just a way they use to measure how well something insulates. (This paint doesn't submit well to the R value system bc it assumes that something with insulating properties is going to be thick.)
What about extreme cold environments? Would it be sprayed on the inside? The guy suggests he's going to paint it on the inside, then they paint the outside.
Ceramic insulation is awesome on containers. I've used it on these and other surfaces for years including standard homes.
It certainly has it's place but too many bad mouth it without experience.
Great, but SuperTherm brand is somewhat pricey.

Yes, you paint the inside too. It reflects heat, so on the inside, it would keep the heat in.
