Keep in mind, that Grandmaster Wu Tai Sin had a bad back when filming this video and is wearing a back brace.

I have this video its good teachs exact movements of the form. it take years to finish this form. mimicing this form is hard doing the form is hard. position is key in this form. swinging and actual slicing is a constantly an issue. you need a sifu to get to where this guys is...
