you can proabably download a demo from adobe and borrow a book about the software from the library. If its hard or not depends on the one learning it.

what is the blank sheet size you used?

I sketched the hair in illustrator, but that was more to have a clean sketch for the papertutorial.

pretty good. the hair seems to be pretty real, although i think it looks a tad stylized. Possibly because of the face its on.

Ah, I tried that yesterday. but the video got over 1 gb and not even the program could play it.

I recorded to the ffshow mp4 codec and then used virtualdub to recompress to a format that I could edit.
