The USB DAQ the design myself, and the noise is not removed, I only presented the sending and receiving as I get the sensor. Labview VIs to do is remove noise, low pass filters ocea or high pass.
I use USB communication through the microcontroller type is BULK TRANSFERS (12Mbs).

480 Mb?? esta excellente yo con bulk transfer llegue hasta 1.4 mb segun asi dice microchip pero no mames que chido we !! me gusto ;)

Why so much noice? (May be due to some loosly connected wires)
