@glower125 A crime? Give me a break. Being gay or lesbian is not a choice. Having sex or getting into a relationship is a choice. But, if you are gay...why would you want to be in a relationship with someone of the opposite sex if you are not attracted to them?

And not only that. But the man says it's permissible to commit sodomy. Which is kufr. And isn't there a difference between a homo and sodomy. A man might be homo but still not commit sodomy. Would such man be executed?

No he shouldn't, i have read that 4 withnesses must been withness of the act "the penetration". But if someone is gay and doesn't commit the act of sodomy he should not be excecuted.
