@Soren216 I dont think that having Hitler as a leader would be a good idea. The leaders are meant to be the best leaders from that civ, Hitler isn't the best german leader and besides Bismark is a very important german and more like washington then Hitler.

@raycayia Regardless of reputation, Hitler was a military genius. He proved this many times on the battlefield.

In addition, Napoleon Bonaparte is the French leader in this game, and he has a horrible reputation of trying to take over the world as well. (He took over the entire mainland of Europe.)

for anyone thats new i know there is a comment here per month average but they took the barracks = elites out of the game for germans

I just got the game about a week ago on PS3 and have updated it. I don't know how it was before but warriors and ONLY warriors come out as elites when you have a barracks. Any other versions of them (legion, knights, etc) do not come out as elites. Therefore, you need to pump warriors.

How do you get the add-ons to work? I got a PS3 and downloaded the free map packs. However, after I did that I couldn't find the maps on scenario or anything else.

did u install it after it downloded? it should be in game section then load up civ and go to scenario but u should get a message when it loads saying were they are

weird strategy

Mine with the germans is to get to the Mideval Era as Soon as possible, and ignore iron Working. That way you have massive production and can pump out a warrior per turn, who are veterans, and make massive amounts of armies, THEN research iron working and have a reckoning force.

You make it look easy lol! A problem i have with this game is when i do get ahead with culture, tech or money, the other civs on the map gang up on me and i usually lose my cities one by one. Whats the best way to deal with it?
