The travellers who got compensation had it all taken away in legal fees. Some of them are still in debt as a result. No justice, then or now

I laughed my head off when that group of coppers were surrounded by the protesters after attempting a kettling procedure, which is technically banned by the European Convention on Human Rights.

I just think that the police and Parliament are good examples of how the public i afraid of authority. It is bred into us from a young age, like teachers at school. I don't buy the bullshit! If that was a 100% orderly/peaceful demonstration, the police would NOT have been forced to escalated to deal with it.
Its a simple game, they deploy in low posture and react to the crowd. If you become a threat, they escalate to match that threat. Oh, and "innocent bystander" is a pointless claim. If you need me to explain why, its a waste of time, you're too stupid to understand.

i was there. working just off picadilly circus. it was the most under reported yet huge event that brought down Thatcher. and if u think it was only one type of people present, you are very mistaken!!!
