@hypnofan35 We've been living with the fuel monopoly for 100 years now. While you might wish to believe the the internal combustion engine is the best possible engine, i will tell you now that it is the best possible engine for chucking heat energy as waste. The fuel / fuel-usage monopoly has been in place for so long, we tend to believe that God Himself set in place with the big bang or something such. I tell you there are better engines at least for efficiency and they don't chuck heat.
@hypnofan35 If you have ever wondered why you never ever see a steam engine in a side by side comparison, it is because the monopoly (whatever agencies are entailed with that) Does not allow that. The reason we never ever see pneumatics or steam used for energy to power conversions, is they are way too good and would crush the fossil fuel energy market. It would create local economy and community as well. That's the option i have to offer. It has to be done from the bottom up and secretly.
