It is the Lares Flag, Which is the Flag that was raised during the revolt against colonialism in Lares a sector in Puerto Rico.Many Revolutionaries were murdered in cold blood as a reactionary response to the struggle for independence.

Puerto Rico is in a dire situation and being manipulated by those in power with this crisis as a form to convince the people that it would be better off as a state rather than striving for it's independence.

Don't allow this to continue, expose these circumstances, their root causes and join the fight for it's independence.
