@hkw521125 It's not just amputations taken into account...things like joint problems that restrict movement, poor coordination, weak muscles due to a congenital disease, or limbs that are too small are all taken into account.
Hehe im actually going out with ellen keane from ireland in lane 2 and seeing this on youtube makes me really proud of her dhe finished 6th at the age of 13 which i see as a great feet.... great video purely cause of that :P...
