She was my favorite and I miss not seeing her. Charming, attractive and classy. I quit watching the weather channel as it's programming has changed in recent years and because Alex is not there which she alone enticed me to watch.

I used to watch Alexandra and Carol Costello on WJLA 7 here in DC every day. Alexandra was the best dressed personality I have ever seen. She was so warm and buddily, but she knew her stuff. After she "left" WJLA it took a while to finally locate her again. Hopefully she can get back on TV. He is great!

Ever since NBC bought TWC in 2009 the channel has not been the same. Most of the veterans who have been around since it's inception back in 1982 have either moved on or were let go. Alexandra Steele was no exception. She is brilliant. Nothing against Al Rocker, but he does not belong on the weather channel. He is an entertainer not a meteorologist. Go back to the today show Al !!!! Bring back the veterans that made this channel.

Alexandra Steele is one of the best TWC weather reporters that TWC ever had. I spotter her on CNN once on a weekend a few weeks ago. It was great to see her again. I wish her the best in the future. Go Girl.

I was surfing to see if I could find why I had not seen Nicole Mitchell for a while and realized I have not seen Alexandra either...it sickens me that Alexandra was laid off. TWC is surely getting rid of all the veterans-and replacing them with boring robotic personalities. Last year it was Dave Schwartz, Sharon Resultan, Christina Abernathy....who will go next? I really like Alexandra. They need to get rid of that network stooge Al Roker and bring back the good folks they fired to make his pay!

my favorite pictures are 49 and 1:33 seconds i did not know she was gone i thought she was on a long vacation her departure was so unannounce first betty davis now alexandra steele i really like me some alexandra steele especially when she was on air with my other friend stephanie abrams these two create some magical on air because of their strong personality alexandra is a fine lady because she is pretty and witty not as witty as abrams but she knew how to hold her own good luck to her future
