One has to remember who Pink Floyd had as backing singers. I think PP Arnold was one of the others. I think Candy Dulfer does the sax solo. Sam Brown was a known artist in her own right (if nothing else for being Joe Brown's daughter) before she sang backup for Floyd.

She certainly makes this song her own, so to speak! It's just one of many fantastic performances in the Concert for George.
