Try the workout you spent time putting together for specific reasons...or just hit one of the presets? That's like telling us how to prepare a fancy dinner step by step and then saying, "Try this recipe...or just order a pizza." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
is there anywhere in here for fat people...i walk at 2.5 speed with 2.5 incline for 30 mins ...then up it to 3 speed and 3 incline? help me loose weight am i doing this right?????
for starters thats good. but do not stay at that level, increase every week by .5 mph. Keep doing this and it will build up in intensity. Also, try one day out the week where you jog (if possible) at the most comfortable speed the longest time your body can withstand. But remember: food is 80% workout is 20%. Eating right is the key. I'm there w/ you. Fisk
I want to work out and get in shape. Right now I'm terribly overweight. What's the best exercise maching for burning calories? Treadmill, eliptical, Stairmaster? Could someone please let me know? Thanks.
try all three. I'm not even joking. Try 1 day on the treadmill another on the elliptical and another on the stairmaster. This way your body doesnt get used to the same work out. You burn more fat this. And of course exercise is nothing without portion control.
no dont do it that way d all 3 on the same day, people stay on the tredmill for and hour and do the other machines on different days for an hour and dont get results. do 20 minuts on eat machine in an interval sequence, by increasin the resistance and speed up and down just as lorie baker says

not true. if u do extremely intense intervals, all you need is 20 minutes. it keeps your body guessing, and you dont go into anabolic state (where your body uses muscle for energy). Those 20 minutes of intense interval draining (also known as 'HIIT' keep your metabolism up all day, whereas steady state cardio does not).
this is awesome thanks! could you guys pleaaaaase do more of these kinds of videos? fitness videos are the best because what's the use of getting all those great clothes if you don't have the great body to show them off ;) so thanks
also, could you guys possibly do one of these for the elliptical machine? i know that is the most popular machine at my gym... it would be nice to get a interval workout or something similar for it..
that removed the Vineyard model fitness: lorie baker's pilates routine
I need ... please

Yeah he's right 8-10mph is not sprinting even if your average you should be able to go 12 for 30 without killing yourself .

electric treadmills are for lazy people that dont want to do all the work. get a manual treadmill.

Clearly, you are retarded.

If you're going to give advice, please use correct grammer.

If you're calling for the usage of correct grammar, then perhaps you should spell it correctly.

If you do a cardio workout for a somewhat long time(15 to 60 minutes) at a steady pace, you'll burn way more calories.
