I wouldn't use eyelash adhesive either!! I would just wet my eyeshadow brush a little bit and apply the glitter wet. It should give you the same affect and it will stick. Or you can go to Sally's Beauty supply and get Sally's Girl Glitter adhesive. I think it's like a dollar

@delilahval For Halloween i used some Vaseline to make my glitter stick to my eyeshadow and i worked pretty well, lasted all night. If you wish you could see the look on my blog, its also a Katy Perry look but the one with the blue wig :)
