  • CLIFF RICHARD! I was 18. We all had hair like that, and we all dressed like that. Wonder what he's doing now. SERIOUS nostalgia.

  • Cliff Richard.. "Theee" national Treasure!! :-)

  • I thought this was a Cliff "Justin Fletcher" Tumble invention - didn't realise it was an actual song!

  • I love Cliff, He should have won, must have been rigged!

  • A backup band of Terry Britten, John Farrar and the Tarney/Spencer Band (and an invisible pianist).. Amazing.

  • SO GREAT !!! THANX !!!

Will never forget this song, even i was 10 years old, "way back"then ...

    strange,that i still have to "raise-up my arms again+sing this tune",every time,i hear it !!

    May GOD bless Cliff !!!

  • politics again, a winner by a country mile

  • If you want to listen again this song and an endless number of successes of the love I suggest you to visit Radio MUSICA PARA MIMOS -( search Musica para Mimos in Google)-. best romantic music of all the times in Internet, is great, is very good ...!!!

  • very nostalgic song...i like it very much remembering the good old day when i started playing guitar...... long live sir cliff .

  • What does the lady say at the beginning?

  • @SoundCinemas The woman at the beginning speaks German, I’m not a very good translator since I can’t speak English or German fluently and this cause some small modifications in what she says. Anyway, this is basically what she says:

"Power to all our friends, this song is a great hit in our neighbour England. What Cliff Richard means with power is not political power (to our friends) but strenght to our friends. Strenght for everyone that needs it."

  • I have been listening to this all my life, and only now I realise that this is a rebel song

  • Its a great song...very catchy and with many phases like most good songs..shame he never won

  • Thank and power to our female Goddess who gave us rock&roll!!!!

  • I was -3 am loving it....

  • And I was eleven and I still got that 45.

  • I was ten. I loved it!

  • What does the narrator at the beginning saids?

  • Reminds me of 'Love shine a light', a worthy winner in 1997, like this should have been back then.

  • A powerfull song, gives me power for live,

    THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

  • Thak you for the music, great musik!

  • cool. Best performance I have seen of that song.

  • Power to the bees!

  • Ugly hair :D

    but good song ;)

  • sentimento song!!

feels like eight yours old again!!!

    greetz to all the sentimentals!!

    MAX

  • Am sure the rythm guitarist (i was gonna say the one with the beard but they both got em) was a lecturer at my college ....... hmmm so thats what he was up to when he never showed up eh?

  • he should have won it with this song.

  • fuck of ireee24 in 1968 spain robbed cliff the victory

  • Damn good hippy song good music & good lyrics with a meaning

  • Cliff actually came SECOND with Congratulations in 68 and this in 73!

  • Not, I'm sorry but Cliff was third in 1973 and second in 1968.

Spain was first in 1968 and second in 1973. So Spain owned Cliff twice. haha!

  • Only because Franco bribed the judges. :P

  • Faaaaabulous. I´m quite new fan of Cliff. Saw him live last year in Helsinki. It´s so pity he didn´t win Eurovision.

  • Watch the "drummer" ! He´s in a different world...or is it the complete lack of sync??

  • If the line's power to the bee's and the land were through out you can't call that hoaky. The onset of bee's disapearing and all other creatures with our environment make's this a timeless piece. Thank's for a cool 70's song CLIFF!

  • Very good.I haven't seen this performance before and haven't heard the song in many years. The words of the song still have meaning today.

  • thank you for sharing

  • Very cool. Best performance I have seen of that song. Thanks to Malcolm for the video & you for posting it. The verses were real hoaky(but that was the 70's)The refrain was very very cool. Could have been a much better song. I know on one CD I watched recently he just did the refrain.
