This is neither illegal race nor fake video, although the editing makes it seem a bit strange a couple of times.

When Honda introduced the Blackbird to the market in 1996 it was with a top speed officially of 285km/h. But unofficially they claimed it could reach 300km/h, hence actually being the first production bike to pass 300km/h which officially was the Zuzuki Hayabusa. The videoclip is from a Danish tv-program. where they wanted to see if it was able to hit 300km/h - and yes it did!

And it's absolutely legal to drive 350 km/h on the autobahn.
