hey guy, great vid, im going to have to get the hell out of Ontario if i want to do some real bird hunting. I have to say...i like to see a group of hunters who finish a bird on its way down and not on ground or in the water, thats an absolutly last resort...but with a dog that can be changed...also, thanks for not breaking their necks on camera, i say thanks because people already dont understand hunters and watching us man handle them does make it easier..great job, have to pay you guysa visit

@kingpeterify Some do, but doubles are expensive guns to be ruining in the mud and muck of the duck marsh. Its much more common to see synthetic pumps and autos these days than anything else. There are still lots of folks who pack a double in the Uplands though.

@Gooseman12Gauge I live is south Alberta and that is typical hunting here. It's about the same all over the prairie provinces. I thought that water-fowling was good on the east coast but west is best for field shooting.

i got a 9 week old yellow lab i wanna train to retrieve ducks. my last lab passed away this past july from lime disease at 7 yrs old. its wat i was going to train her to do. new to duck hunting
