hi,,i got a ballon mortgage 4 years a go, i had other propertys ,just buy selling them i was going to get the money to paid off my balloon, but the market crashed and i got stuck, the balloon expired at the 3 years term and the lender gave me another 3 years , i got 2 years to go but i dont want to wait, i dont think that im going to have the $65,000 to pay him off, i got this with a 30 years amortization and a 3 years balloon at a 9% interest, can some one help me to refinance this loan ?

Hi. I am looking for a private lender. Not for real estate, but for something else. I have searched everywhere on the internet, but just cant seem to find someone who can lend me money privately.
