"Fill your man with food and they will love you." So cooking ends up being a task that (will hopefully) increase your partner's love towards you. How sad.
lol! "Fill your man with food and they will love you" i guess thats true but they will love you because of the food and not because of you.. give a dog a bone and he's your best friend. i love her articulate radiance by the way, amazing. thanks for sharing matt!
@bicigirl Yup, I talk about that a lot on my classes, that Bananas are not local for us in California - that's why I switched to emphasize local fruits too. If you want to read about the banana industry read "Banana: The Fate of the Fruit That Changed the World: by Dan Koeppel. It will really make you rethink your relationship to the banana.
One of your absolute BEST guests ever! Great advice on diet from Heather and loved how they are nonjudgmental and just minister to one another out of love.
This is one of the most helpful episodes you've shared yet! There've been lots of great stuff on the particulars of choosing food and making it. This one on the people relationships was superb. Peaceful, productive co-existence is so important. If we're going to live longer, we certainly want the quality of life to be the best it can be. I'm going to share this one with many people and I think it will be a good springboard to conversations about our interraction. Thanks!
Yeah my husband (5 yrs in Jan. 9th) is very supportive too, in the same way, he's such a sweetie! Kale chips are a winner! I remember he had a sad face for days because whenever he would look in the dehydrator it was empty or had fruit inside instead of kale chips lol

I always pictured myself marrying somebody with the same eating habits as me,
but I'm not raw, but I am very enthusiastic about veganism, and hold animal rights very closely, so I want somebody with the same morals as I do :)
But, I do plan on going more raw when older, and he doesn't have to if he doesn't want to, or he could be 100% raw, and I'll only be 70-80%
Love just happens :)

If her professionalism is anything compared to her eyes it was surely amazing.
