  • JUSTICE FOR BILLY PANAS, JR.! HE WAS MURDERED BY PHILLY COP FRANK TEPPER, WHO IS THE RECIPIENT OF A STAGGERING 57 INTERNAL AFFAIRS COMPLAINTS (AS PER A POLICE WEBSITE.) TEPPER IS ON TRIAL FOR PANAS' MURDER, BUT THE PROSECUTORS AND JUDGE ARE LITTLE MORE THAN CO-COUNSEL FOR THE DEFENSE -- JUDGING BY THEIR BEHAVIOR IN COURT. THESE LOWLIFE THUGS WORK TOGETHER TO FRAME INNOCENT PEOPLE. HOPEFULLY, THE JURY WILL SEE THROUGH THE PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT AND CONVICT COLD-BLOODED KILLER TEPPER! ACAB!

  • look the crooks wrong. pull them out the car and hand cuff them and leave it at that

  • Ask me why I would NEVER serve on a jury!! Just look at crap like this injustice!

  • I can see why they were afraid to stop....the BLUE GANG was after them..

  • @hot4six1 Exactly! These beating victims were ultimately cleared of wrongdoing. The only reason that they fled in the first place is that Philly pigs had previously unjustifiably beaten them. If pigs would just do their jobs legitimately, people would not run from them.

  • According to Officers John Baird, Ron Previte, Steven Brown, James Ryan, Thomas DeGovanni, Edward Spangler, and hundreds of other cops convicted of felonies since the 1970's, every cop in the Philadelphia Police Department routinely robs, extorts, assaults, tortures, frames, lies, perjures, conspires, racketeers, and otherwise feloniously victimizes the taxpaying citizens who pay their salaries, or at least covers up for cops who do. Philly pigs are not prosecuted, save for rare scapegoats.

  • @PhillyCopsAreCorrupt every cop...? how do you know that? lol. I aint taking sides here but COM ON MAN.

  • Yes, "good job officers!" for torturing subdued and compliant black men whom you mistakenly thought were criminals. The men were released without charges, proving that the pigs wrongly stopped and arrested them. But a "good job" anyway! This is what pigs get paid to do in Philly (rob, torture, and falsely arrest black men.)

  • Good job officers!

  • @rcr111 Get a glock ,pop a cap in a philly pd cop..Any ppd pig will due,,

  • @rcr111 your a cunt

  • Awesome! A majority of black panelists on the grand jury chose NOT to indict white cops all of whom's suspects were black ----- God Bless the USA and a jury system. And as a side note, showing the video at the suspect's attempted murder trial is amazing as well. I might have killed someone but you have to use a pillow and wiffle bat to arrest me....ha ha ha

  • You can't trust the system

  • Blk ppl we continue to display the incorrect behavior to those who subjugate us. Unfortunately, when u examine us using logic. The tie between our African WARRIOR Ancestors & the modern day blacks have been severed by that same white supremacist system that abuses us today, just in a more refined manner, socially engineering the american NIGGER conditioned us into a race of COWARDS! 4 better constructive answers 2 the problem, goggle "The C.O.W.S"

  • A grand jury declined to indict these pigs because prosecutors deliberately presented an extremely weak case in an effort to protect the corrupt pigs, with whom they work every day to frame innocent people. The assaulting cops' "discipline" was a paid vacation, umm "suspension", which lasted for several months. These racist pigs are back on the job beating and framing blacks, sans the cameras, of course. There will never be any legitimate accountability in the Philadelphia Police Department.

  • For each police crime captured on video, there are thousands of others which are not so memorialized. Millions of innocent, taxpaying citizens have been victimized by arrogant, racist, political-hack cops. Police officers are not interested in upholding laws, only in feeding their inflated egos, blue-collar hero vanities, and unwarranted god complexes.

  • Extrapolating, using the Philadelphia Police Department's own statistics, 4.8% of cops will be arrested. Also, a large study evidenced that only 8% of corrupt cops will be prosecuted. Using the aforementioned set of data, assuming a proportional distribution of felonies committed by cops arrested and those not, one could logically conclude that 60% of cops are criminals. That percentage is probably 100% if conspiracy and aggravated perjury are counted (re: the blue wall of silence.)

  • @AlmostDutchman agree

  • hold up what happened with the ppls rights

  • @kenny8230 this is America! the people don't have any f**kin rights.

  • The police union has made certain that there is not a citizens' review board in Philadelphia, unless you count that joke called the Police Advisory Commission (PAC). It has no power or authority whatsoever to discipline crooked cops, and not one of its recommendations has ever been followed by the worthless, arrogant big shots in the police department. All other big cities in the U.S. have a legitimate police advisory board which has the power to pull felonious pigs off of the streets.

  • The blue wall of silence is built with bricks made from the conspiracies of white cops and cement made from the blood of black men.

  • da wau I see it wat was da purpose of snatching da backseat passenger out nd for dat other cop 2 run ova n start kicking him. In my eyes some cops r fuckin cowards n use da badge as an excuse 2 do bad things they not no good as well, nd frm my stand point dat was to damn much

  • this ass backward fucked up system that they call justice? pathetic

  • @nitsudy78 So right...if these pieces of trash were in jail where they were supposed to be ..they wouldn't have put all those innocent lives in danger runnin from the cops. This is a ass backward justice system.

  • Clearly these officers wanted to beat this helpless guy and not doing there job. it really do not take that many cops to take down a person or two. They was pumped up from the chase and then after they release all hell thereafter. The cops involved in this case deserve any decision brought to them even to jail.

  • Boo fuckin hoo...keep crying about these dumb ass criminals. They got what was coming to them. They are lucky nobody was kileed from their stupid actions. If someones kid was killed by their speeding car...everybody would be crying about how the cops didn't do their job.Tough shit, bad guys lose, good guys win.Thank God for a Grand Jury with common sense.

  • @pdst3

They had already stopped the car, they weren't resisting arrest. Your logic is flawed, beating helpless victims to had begun to cooperate with them, particularly brutally, is not in any way just or fair. These cops should have been found guilty for their crimes and the move to reinstate them is fucking ridiculous.

  • @Anonymous6075 Fact..the car fled police when signaled to stop. Fact..they resisted arrest. Fact...the grand jury saw the WHOLE incident...not just a few seconds of what fox wanted you to see. Fact..the officers were found to be innocent and given their jobs back. If you don't like it...don't know what to tell ya..keep roootin for the dumb fuckin criminals.

  • @MentalViolenceNYC excuse me for butting in but those criminals that call themselves police officers should be in jail and not back on the streets as cops. those were acts of a gang of thugs not police everyone of them should be fired and face charges in court ,that is where we would be if we had done that, i think you lost sight of who is the police and who is the criminal and in this case it is the police who are the thugs and criminals. just my opinion

  • @MentalViolenceNYC This is my last response to you...since I don't like criminals and from your comments, you clearly are one. I answered all of your questions, and you lost every argument. The cops were found innocent and the bad guys cried..like you. If thats what you call being owned...so be it.

  • @pdst3

You're a dumbass, there's no justification for beating criminals that were now complying with you. And continuing to beat them when they're clearly helpless is inhumane and criminal. Also, lumping him in with the "bad guys" just because he doesn't believe it was right for them to be beaten like that is an ignorant, assholish, and faggoted thing to do.

  • @Anonymous6075 Sorry to disappoint you..but these pieces of shit were not "beaten" they were taken under control by whatever means necessary. Now if you saw the video..and I suggest you watch again..NO officer hit any suspect when they stopped resisting and the handcuffs were on. If they did..then you are 100% right. However...that did not occur..thats why they were cleared and shouldnt have been fired in the first place.Thank God there are people like the Grand Jury with common sense.

  • @pdst3

Watch the video, guy's helpless on the ground being surrounded and kicked. That constitutes beating them.

  • @Anonymous6075 He's supposed to be helpless on the ground..that's the idea..getting him on the ground to gain control of him. Its not the cops fault they wouldn't comply...so they had to hit them..boo fuckin hoo. when they were cuffed..the cops stopped..end of story. If you don't like it..too bad.Thats why they got their jobs back along with back pay.

  • @pdst3

He's supposed to be helpless and on the ground, but when he is he isn't supposed to be beaten anyways.

Straighten up your sense of fucking morality.

  • @Anonymous6075 Sorry pal..if he's armed..he's not helpless on the ground..the cops dont know if hes armed or not. When he decides not to give them his hands..he gets force used against him until he stops and is cuffed. They are supposed to do that. when the guy is cuffed..NOBODY hit him.case closed.

  • @pdst3

Hey, we don't know if he's armed or not, so we can justify an extended beating well beyond the point where he's clearly no longer a threat? They didn't have to repeatedly kick him to cuff his hands behind his back, and the bullshit you just spewed out was: If they're not cuffed, they're fair game for vicious beatings.

So I repeat, straighten up your horribly skewered sense of fucking morality.

  • @Anonymous6075 My sense of morality is just fine. You see..you are the reason that society is the way it is.The poor criminals get treated sooo bad.Fuck the innocent people that these assholes terrorize..as long as the criminals get treated properly its all good. And you say my morality is fucked up.I suggest this to you...take a trip to the nearest crisis center and ask for some medication...I'm sure you will have no problems getting a prescription.Thank God..normal people do not think like you

  • @pdst3

Yes, clearly I'm the fucked up portion of society because I don't believe in beating helpless people when they're on the ground.

They were criminals, and deserve to be prosecuted as such, but there is no excuse whatsoever for the brutality they encountered in their arrest. Force if necessary I have no problem with, but this was entirely unnecessary as well as cruel and inhumane.

  • @Anonymous6075 Let me see if i got this right..you don't like innocent people being beaten but side with the criminals ...who rob, beat rape shoot innocent people. Yes..you are pretty fucked up. The poor criminals who got "beat" so bad here..haven't said boo since their court appearances. Know why? because the Grand Jury found the cops were in legal bounds of doing what they did. The attorneys didn't want the criminals re arrested and sent to jail...which is where they should be.

  • @pdst3

There are a number of different levels of crimes, and to say all criminals rob, beat, rape, and shoot is a major generalization.

There was no evidence that they were guilty of anything more than running from the police, and after they were on the ground, HELPLESS, they were repeatedly beaten for a period of time. Also, if they had murdered or hurt somebody, they deserve physical punishment? All this eye for an eye crap is never going to work, it just leads to more suffering.

  • @Anonymous6075 Now I'm generalizing crime huh?which crimes don't involve victimizing someone?Back to the issue at hand..they were seen running from the police from a shooting scene..refused to pull over..refused to get out of the car when finally stopped..refused to be cuffed.Do you need anymore? The grand jury didn't.to answer your other question..if they murdered somebody..they deserve the death penalty so they can never harm anyone again.Im sure a murder victims family would see it this way.

  • @MentalViolenceNYC They target neighborhoods that are filled with crime..isn't that what they're supposed to do?how do cops love it when people "snitch" on the bad guys?If you want drug dealers on your step thats cool..but most people don't and if they don't tell the cops who they are..they have no case.I don't know this blue wall of silence..but good cops don't like bad cops..they ruin every one of their image. No cops dont act like criminals..crimials do a good job of that themselves.

  • @MentalViolenceNYC Firstly..if this happened in the countries you just spoke of...the criminals would have been executed on the spot..there would be no trial. Secondly, I wouldn't have run ins with the law as I am a law abiding citizen.I don't have to run from the police and if i did,i would expect them to tune me up a little because i would have deserved it.You just don't like the outcome of the case..as long as the cops were found wrong its cool right? You root for criminals,i root for cops.

  • @MentalViolenceNYC Since when is reckless endangerment not a crime? I'm not presuming anything..im stating fact..if you don't like it..it's too bad for you. Speeding through city streets away from the cops is a crime. Guess fox news didn't show you that part. So they are not suspects anymore..they are criminals..the truth hurts doesn't it. The cops didn't break the law..sorry to tell you. They didn't use any force when the bad guys were cuffed. Justice served.

  • They fit the description of the cop that was killed 2 days before are we forgeting this

  • @MentalViolenceNYC They DID run from the police at a high rate of speed. They DID put the public in danger of being killed. Regardless, that is reckless endangerment. That means they are not suspects, they are commiting a crime and are criminals...sorry to inform you of that fact.

  • bravley doing their jobs! well said, 10 brave cops bravley beat the shit out of one man. wow, i wish i had that kind of courage!

  • @slimithy12 10 cops used force to arrest 3 shooting suspects that not only ran from them in a speeding vehicle, having no regard for the public, but also may have just shot at somebody. You're right though, you don't have the courage to chase them and get them under control since they were resisting arrest, something the camera doesn't show, but the grand jury saw. Just keep cowarding behind a computer pullin for the poor criminals...now that's fuckin courageous!

  • I guess if these poor innocent suspects ran over a kid while trying to flee the cops..it would have been ok. We forget how many lives these dopes put in danger by driving a speeding 2,000 lb bullet down the street . It's amazing how many people pull for the bad guys. If they would have killed one of your family members, would you feel the same? Screw them and good job to the cops. Justice finally served.

  • This is a very typical and common problem in Philadelphia. The police are out of order and the law lets them go. I don't see what could justify so much use of force. They might be "doing their job," but they aren't doing their job the way they are meant to do. These "Philadelphians" of the grand jury got it wrong! I would like to know what sort of pay out was involved. I'm not a conspiracy theroist. I just understand that nothing happens in the city of brotherly love without the exchange of cash

  • the grand jury must have been fucking retarded.

  • @SuperAtheist Not only were they retarded, but I think they were paid off. Had to of been. There is no way a person of sound mind can sit there and say these pigs were innocent of this when you see what they're doing in this video. No way. they had to have been paid off.

  • @CorruptPhillyCops Ron Previte is a piece of garbage criminal who faked his way on to the department to use his badge to commit crimes against innocent people. He should have been put in jail for life or better yet faced a firing squad. This scum is the reason that good cops stand up to people who trash all cops, like yourself. He didn't need to join the department to learn how to be a thief..they don't teach that. Once a thief always a thief..in a uniform or otherwise.

  • @CorruptPhillyCops Half of the "citizens"you speak of don't have a job to pay taxes to pay the cops salaries. All the cops pay taxes as well, in essence, they pay part of their own salary...not to mention the "citizens"who don't want to get a job.The cops pay for their benefits they receive. If pro cop supporters support the so called corrupt cops, which is ludicrous, then the anti cop crew supports the criminals who have 20 srrests and are still on the street terrorizing innocent people.

  • @CorruptPhillyCops It is not "controversial"...only to the people who are anti cop see that. These officers did not "beat" subdued submissive suspects. These suspects were not allowing the cops to cuff them. After a short time they were finally cuffed and subdued and no cop "beat" a cuffed prisoner...even on this short clip here.Thats why they have been cleared.

  • @CorruptPhillyCops Also, you stated that no person would want to see an innocent person hurt by a speeding vehicle.Lets see...these guys were just cruining around a shooting scene..then were seen fleeing from it.Then when the cops attempted to pull them over, which they didn't and just sped off, they used there super imposed sight, in the dark of night, to realize that the cops that were trying to pull them over beat them up before.I'm sorry, I don't believe that story.Neither did the grand jury.

  • @CorruptPhillyCops Ok...so now there are no normal cops..just criminal cops. Didn't you say before that you stood up for the normal cops? Now there isn't any right? Iam right on target about this incident. The whole video was shown to a grand jury..not just a clip like you see here.No excessive force was use..excessive would be hitting them while cuffed..until then..all bets are off They refused to be cuffed...hence force was used until they complied and then it was stopped.

  • @CorruptPhillyCops You,fighting for the rights of the innocent are completely off target once again. When looking into this case, you can clearly see that once handcuffed the force was stopped. There is no excessive force. That's what the grand jury saw when reviewing the whole video..not snippets that the public saw from a so called news media. They want to create a controversy so that people will watch.Fight for the rights of the innocent who could have been killed by the 3 nit wit criminals.

  • @CorruptPhillyCops So you call 3 guys fleeing in a 2000 lb car at a high rate of speed from a shooting scene false? Where is your outrage over the little kids or innocent people who could have been ran over and killed by the 3 clowns? Why didn't they just pull over instead of running? They were scared...are you kidding me? Instead of pulling for the bad guys..why don't you stick up for the potential real victims who could have been mowed down by these career criminals.

  • @CorruptPhillyCops And where in this video do you see once the suspects were cuffed did any of the cops continue to hit the suspects. Guess you didn't see that part. The suspects refused to be cuffed and force was used against them until they complied...that's it. Thats what the grand jury saw. The whole video..not just what the news showed. That's why they were found innocent. Thats just the facts...sorry if thats not good enough for you.

  • @CorruptPhillyCops Obvious as to what? ..a video clip of how long? and how many lives did the suspects put in danger in a 2000 lb vehicle fleeing at a high rate of speed from the police? why were they fleeing? Oh..probably because they were innocent and were scared right? I mean...all innocent people flee from the police. It's perfectly a natural reaction to run if you are not doing anything wrong.Last i checked..the cops were tried and were innocent..case shut.

  • @CorruptPhillyCops If I remember correctly..weren't you the one saying that "innocent people" are being framed by the police, such as yourself? So innocent until proven guilty has no meaning for you unless you are a civilian or crminal right? You being the purveyor of justice for people wrongly accuse..should be stepping up for him right? You already assumed he is guilty because you are anti-cop..thats why I assume you are a criminal.

  • @CorruptPhillyCops Anyone who thinks like you...and the moron criminals who posted below..are the ones that you speak of. "low life thugs who rape, rob and steal" So the cops lie to make an arrest..but the criminals tell the truth in court right? I'm sure they admit to the judge that they "did it" right. So all the cops are liars and the criminals are just victims...hahahahah Thank God that you are in the 2% of the criminal elemant dopes that's voice goes unheard except with the other criminals

  • @CorruptPhillyCops well the guy needs to learn to comply with the officers

  • well he should of complyed with police orders

  • Fuck the police all the poilce, kind of foul how this is beating happened in my home city.

  • kill the pigs

  • @pdst3 "By criminal trash" you are referring to police. Good of you to recognize the trash as it is and call it as it should be, because surely you are not referring to defenseless 7 year old children, or incapacitated elderly people or unarmed young people....

  • what a load of bullshit

    kill those pigs

ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB ACAB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • COPS ARE CRIMINALS WHEN THEY BREAK THE LAW. WHEN YOU SEE SOMEONE BREAKING THE LAW. YOU HAVE AN OBLIGATION AS A GROUP TO MAKE CITIZEN'S ARRESTS. OVER TAKE THEM AND ARREST THE POLICE...DON"T JUST VIDEO TAPE THEM. IF YOU ARE OUTNUMBERED AND HAVE VIDEO CAMERA. GET THE EVIDENCE AND PLACE IT ONLINE. SEND COPIES TO ALL MEDIA OUTLETS. SEND COPIES TO ALL POLITICAL REPS. BRING CRIMINAL COPS TO JUSTICE AND PUT THEM BEHIND BARS WHERE THEY BELONG!

  • @TheSistaWarrior Overtake the police...i would love to see that one. If you think you would get away with that...good luck...you're gonna need it! That would never happen! I think you should book a gig in a casino doin stand up comedy...you could make a living makin people, especially the police, die laughing from comments like this one..hahahahah

  • @pdst3 And your solution to this problem is what? Continue to cry, bitch and protest each time a human is brutalized or murdered by criminal cops? Soon it will not be just cops but military and before you know it, you won't be smiling or burying your head in the sand. Eventually there will be confrontation.

  • @TheSistaWarrior I don't cry and complain..because I think that any criminal trash, like the ones here, should be thrown in prison. Only the ones who always have run ins with the law are the ones bitchin and moanin about the police. Nobody I know gets assaulted by them.

  • i love the line "gravely doing their job that they soon hope to do again." think about that.

  • so its ok to beat ppl senseless. ecspecially lil white kids without guns

  • "feed their families"??? I'm so concerned.. no not really. I hope these criminals in uniform along with their corrupt judge buddies go homeless and starve to death.

  • some of them are just as bad as the criminals

  • How can ya call them LAZY pigs? Its hard work whooping on these boys.

  • I don't know how anyone can call what happened on that tape to be brave police doing their jobs. The police in Philadelphia are out of control, trust me, I live here.

  • the biggest lie in america is that your inocent till provin guilty

  • Philadelphia means "City of Brotherly Love" in Greek. Philly police are brutal. They don't give a fuck! A couple corrupt police officers just got busted recently for trying to be like Denzel Washington in Training Day LOL!

  • We as americans need to stop questioning our police force's actions so much. If bleeding heart liberals start whinging and pressing charges every time cops do their job this nation will decend into anarchy.

  • @TheMurikanpatriot I am as conservative as you are, a libertarian as a matter of fact, and what these cops did was abuse and assault. This is why there is no cooperation between the people and cops. People just don't trust them anymore.

  • how can 5 ppl kicking a man on the ground be "within parameters"?!?!? Glad I don´t live there

  • The suspects were from a shooting, they ran from the police and believed to be armed and dangerous. I do not believe the police overstep their boundries of power. If they shot them for no apparently reason then yes, I would agree it was over that line. As the fact that Al Sharpton stepped in is because he hates all police, especially white officers. So he wants to use the race card as excuse to make trouble.

  • Here is an idea. If the media is going to try and trash these cops why don't they actually show the part of the video they claim is brutality. All they show is the officer pulling them from their cars after what appears to be a high speed chase and they then hand cuff them. Where is the brutality? Is there another video this is weak.

  • If The job is too fuckin' scary then go get a REAL job, dickbreath.

  • lol

  • Theese PIGS didnt lose the ability to feed yhere famalies, they can get jobs in warehouses and general labor.

They took there badges not there limbs.

    LAZY PIGS

  • @saltruj if they get by with this every cop in America will be doing worse then they already are. this is wrong anyway you look at it everyone of them cops should have been charged with assault at least. we would be in jail if we did that to a cop, if this nation doesn't wake up and see that police are no more then a gang of thugs and criminals then we are headed for a police state.just my opinion

  • @maverick10241

You'd be in jail if you did that to anybody, the only reason that they're not is the fact that they happen to be cops. Beating complying criminals isn't in any way justifiable, it just shows that the Philadelphian PD is rife with corruption and brutality.

  • viva la phila pd

  • crooked ass cops

philly people have known for YEARS how crook theses cops are

    fuckin pigs

thats why they get shot in the fucking face

  • My God!! What the heck is wrong with the jurors?!THAT was 'justifiable'? So the dudes didnt stop right away; when they did, all the cops had to do was get them out of the car and arrest them; prob was, they didnt even giv the guys a chance to comply to anything before they started stompin on them! And defense wants to say "oh these guys lost their jobs, they hav families to provide for". BULL! They shldnt have done what they did. Bully cops make me sick and i hav no respect for them.

  • @musiclvr1able All I see is the police pulling them out of the car and arresting them. What's the problem?? No where in this video do they kick or assault them. I'm not saying it didn't happen I just wanna see the video they claim to have. To many people are to quick to wanna bash cops before looking at the story open minded

  • @Kartracer6 sorry, you must be lookin at somethin else, because it is painfully clear that after the guys get pulled from the cars and the cops get them to the ground, instead of cuffin them immediately, they start kickin them and beating them...you didnt see that? i saw it right away;granted, not all cops are bad and we need them, but some just dont bring honor to the badge, thus cant be trusted to be our protectors

  • @musiclvr1able sorry it's not there. all I see is some creative editing by the news press and it still didn't work. Show proof next time please

  • @Kartracer6 you seriously must be lookin at somethin else...oh well, i wont waste my time tryin to convince; believe what you want

  • @musiclvr1able Oh believe me I'm seriously ready to believe this one. Philly police have a huge reputation. And it wouldn't surprise me if they did over do their power. The problem is the media fails to show that and if this little proof was used in the court case it's no wonder they got off free.

  • @Kartracer6 I too understand the need for clear proof before an allegation is to be believed, but take a close look at the first 10-17secs; if you still don't see what I and, seemingly, most of this post sees...well, i dont know what to say. peace

  • @musiclvr1able I think the problem is people think that the suspect is laying helplessly in the street and the cops are beating the crap out of them. What that is is the officers detaining the criminal. If he tries to reach for a gun the use their feet to kick his arms away. It looks a lot more deceiving then it is. I'd like to see what these criminals looked like after the incident and what is the reason behind why the charges were dropped??

  • @Kartracer6 heh; whatevr u say;but i certainly dont think they were laying helplessly in the street;they kept going instead of stoppin, felony evading...but even if a criminal has run, when they come to a stop(finally),after officers remove them from the car, they get them to the ground and cuff them;these dudes werent goin for weapons,at least one had his arms covering his head to protect himself from the foot blows;but i wont argue anymore. goodnight

  • @musiclvr1able Like I said I'm not saying they didn't cause brutality I'm just saying it seems as if little evidence is held in the video. I'd like to know if there is an article to this or if there is other video's of it because a news press is not enough to go by with all the creative editing the press loves to do. And the poor credibility this COPSOUTOFCONTROL kid has doesn't help the victiums case at all.

  • @Kartracer6 true enough; lol, i havnt had a back and forth debate like this since i first joined youtube..exhilarating, wanna argue bout somethin else?lol..kiddin, hav a nice day

  • welcome to america

  • I'm Speechless, This group of cops officer should be charged with first degree assault, second degree assault and false statement of charges. Now body (citizen) is safe anymore, no one.

  • I find this statement troubling

"and in keeping with department policy did not beat or kick them once they were handcuffed"

So, as long as they do it before the suspects are handcuffed, it's okay?

For those that think this is okay, just wait until you are the one pointed out (as these guys were) and falsely accused of a crime, think you'll enjoy your unearned beating?

  • Philly is full of wild niggers hooray for the cops

  • @TheJomogogo Here's a fine display of the type of retards prone to defending this violence. After you get done bangin your sister and producing a larger line of inbreds to the world of government subsidies, you might try reading a book--that is, unless incest depleted chromosomes haven't taken this function away from that pebble-sized brain of yours.

  • @Mises85

Take it easy mises85 don't chimp-out and throw your feces at people.

  • What kind of goofballs do they round up to serve on these Grand Jury's? These are disgusting filth that shouldn't even be able to call themselves Americans, they are trash.

  • I honestly don't see the problem with this.

  • Fight for the people shoot a cop daily!

  • @MrThetruthsucks Better yet, three times a day; don't forget a hearty meal. And any good farmer knows that you have to shoot a pig right between the eyes or it will spoil the meat.

  • PUNK ASS COPS!! SCARED OF THEIR OWN SHADOWS!! AMERICA NEEDS TO REVOLT AND START FIGHTING BACK AGAINST THESE RACIST COWARDS!!

  • "It's important not to form conclusions based on a mere film, without context," Abraham said.

What kind of context could put 5 officers kicking one guy laying on the ground in a good light? Totally bizarre, what story were the grand jury members told that could paint that in anything other than revenge?

  • @junkymagi The fact that these assholes shot at a group of people with kids n shit. Philly is different than the rest of the country. Different problems need different solutions.

  • @sstcECOTECsstc No, they didn't shoot at anyone

"The suspects — Pete Hopkins, Dwayne Dyches and Brian Hall — have since been acquitted of the triple shooting earlier that night for which they were being pursued."

Some idiot pointed them out "hey, those look like the guys that shot at us" and the chase was on, what there was of a chase "2 1/2-mile chase" that's only 2 minutes at highway speeds, cops got REALLY cranked up in that short of a time...

  • Their scum bag criminal's , they deserve what they get . Good job officer's .

  • They should all get REAL jobs.. you know, like actually PRODUCING something useful.

  • eff you brian mcmonagle. you aren't supporting anything american. this is the same shit we see in other countries, maybe in different ways, but it is still the same. We look at these other countries with their problems, and think about how it sucks to be them, but i wonder how many of them watch videos of this in our country and think how much our lives must suck

  • OMFG - I cant believe they were acquitted! Here is proof that there is NO TRUE JUSTICE; JUSTICE IS NOT BLIND!

  • Stay classy, Philadelphia.

  • Stomping people is not justifiable.

  • half of the people posting negative responses of the officers are turds who want to do what they want, when they want. Tell you what, if you hate us so much then DONT CALL US. Plain and simple. Handle your own crap.

  • @Theincrediblehutable Let us carry our own fucking weapons then. By the way I never call pigs anyway. Waste of money, waste of space. What do you do anyway? You report what happened. If a girl gets raped, or murdered, or robbed, or property gets vandalized. What does calling you fat fucks do? You come kick around some dirt, ask stupid ass questions, and then leave. BUT WAIT! The girl is still raped, person still dead, property still stolen or damaged. Do us a favor, and eat your bullets.

  • @Theincrediblehutable How about we kick your ass with a gang of folks and then you decide whats fair and whats not. Stop defending bullshit! Cops are always in overkill mode and it shows in your unprofessional way of handling situations. You only get away with what you do because people are afraid of the consequences if they speak up.

  • Thank god for dash board cams as well as any tech that puts what you cops do to people on display. If you go to far you go to far! Its a punk move to not admit it and then hide behind a badge. Thats what you all do.

  • @Theincrediblehutable Do your fucking job within the law, pig.

  • looks like those cops need some of there own medicine

  • Dont EVER forget this Video that shows a swarm of Cockroachs beating 3 innocent people in Philadelphia . IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU !!! Dont think it can't.

Philly Grand Jury got this WRONG!!

  • Justice was done. The police were cleared.

  • rodney 2.0

  • this is a great..i bet if cops did more of this we would have alot less bull shit to deal with
