i love the track pad.lol. what i do is configure it so the clicks are in the bottom left or bottom right corner as the bottom half and the corners are deeper in the clickable section so the response when pressing down is greater, so i config secondry click in the right corner so the tactile feedback is greater ! more responsive !
oh, the trackpad works fine for me on mac os x, but in windows vista, it just has.....issues, lol. my more detailed vid on it will explain that better.
glad to hear some user feedback on the 17" MBP, i know ppl have it but i haven't heard any feedback on it, like real user feedback not cnet reviews.lol. ye i like the matte screens, but i also really like the silver aluminium border around the screen as thats only on matte screens. i never knew the mic was moved back up ! stupid idea to move it down in the first place.lol. but i guess they had to move it because of the gloss screen with its glass border....not sure
that was a stupid idea to move the mic down. i figure you'd hear all the wirring and excess noise of the computer if it's on the base. silly Apple, lol.
